These terms apply to purchases and use of blacklabelmachine.com. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Black Label.
Products & fit
Check the description, garment option and size guide before ordering. Photos and mockups illustrate the design; screen settings, fabric and production can affect appearance. Your rights still apply if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
Orders & payment
Check your size, quantity and delivery details, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping, discounts and taxes appear before payment.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund unshipped items and applicable shipping charges. We will not substitute products or increase an order’s price without your agreement.
Shipping & changes
Allow 3–5 business days for printing and packing, plus carrier delivery time. See our Shipping policy for rates, estimates and delay handling.
For changes or cancellations, email thomas@blacklabelmachine.com promptly with your order number. Changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipping begins; applicable cancellation and refund rights still apply.
Returns & exchanges
Request eligible returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery. Report arrival damage within 14 calendar days. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for conditions, fees, refunds and claim instructions.
Privacy & website use
Shopify hosts our store. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
Do not submit fraudulent orders, access the site without authorization or disrupt its operation. Buying a garment does not grant rights to reproduce its artwork or branding. Content rights remain with their respective owners.
Updates & questions
Updates apply to future orders and website use. The policies shown when you order apply to that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
