Shipping policy

Every Black Label order is printed to order. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing: Allow 3–5 business days to print, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Standard shipping: $7.95, or free on qualifying orders of $100+. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipping.
  • Express shipping: $15, with estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after shipping. Express does not speed up production.
  • Where we ship: United States only. Prices are in USD; available options and final charges appear at checkout.
  • Tracking: Shipment confirmation includes tracking when available. Updates may take time after a label is created.

Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays can happen. If production runs late, we’ll contact you before the processing period ends with a new estimate and the option to wait or cancel for a prompt refund. Unfulfilled items and applicable shipping charges will be refunded.

Need help? Email thomas@blacklabelmachine.com with your order number for address corrections or missing packages. Address changes aren’t guaranteed after processing. Report arrival damage within 14 calendar days and include photos. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
